Each boxing class is designed to burn 500-800 calories, while being fun, fast-paced, challenging and technical.  You will learn proper punching technique and fundamentals as you get in shape.

Because we care about the safety of our members, our facility and staff are following all CDC and local government guidelines to maintain a clean and virus free environment. This includes mask wearing, temperature testing and equipment wipe down immediately after use.
